  Well if you are not interested on shopping in busy street market, rather you are ready to pay an additional money to have a comfortable shopping experience in an air conditioned mall, yes MBK is a good choice. I always prefer to buy hand bags from MBK, though it could be twice cheaper in Pratunam, but it is stress free shopping in MBK. Make sure you go early, you will definitely have the luck of grabbing quality products at a cheaper rate. MBK has a spacious dining area with Thai, Chinese,Malay, Italian and Arabic food choices. They have a separate floor for electronic items you can find both original and duplicates of many branded products, I have never tried those, so quite not sure about the quality.

  this is the most interesting shopping place in bangkok. almost all kinds of goods are here. clothing products that are the current trend. cheap footwear, lots of discounts, and the latest models are also here. watch less update model. complete and unique mobile phone accessories. local shirts and handicrafts are available at great prices. all neatly arranged on each floor. crowded visitors, but still comfortable for shopping. some items are not good or original goods, so be smart to choose what you will buy. interesting when you want to find gifts for friends or family. it's easy to access from any direction. Happy that I went here and finished off all the little bits and more. Definitely recommend

  Some people say its the largest counterfeit market in Thailand. The place is good to buy electronics, clothes and skin care products. As an Indian, I have seen cheaper stuff so this didn't excite me much but for westerners, the stuff is quite cheap so tend to buy more from. this place! Overall a nice place to hang out when visiting Bangkok!

  MBK is about a 10 minute walk from our hotel. The center closes at 10 pm but food stalls (level 6) closes at 9 pm and some good stalls start closing around 9/9:30 pm. Many food options at the food court. You need to obtain a food card as the food stalls don't take cash. You can add any amount to the food card for purchases. But remember that any balance on the card has to be claimed before closing. The card is only valid for the day. There are multiple floors of goods for sale. Majority of the electronic sellers are on the 5th floor. If you are an electronic gear head and loves a bargain than this is a place to go. You will find bargains on everything under the sun. But remember you get what you paid for. And everything else like clothes, suit makers, fake branded goods, dried goods are found on all floors. There is also a supermarket on the first floor.

  This was my all time favourite shopping centre. It was huge and endless bargains to be got. I for one love haggling, having a great time with the Thai people. Love seeing how far I can push them. I got loads and loads of bargains here. This was my last night in Bangkok I made sure I got loads. The other shooing centres are stuck on prices here, not at all. Happy that I went here and finished off all the little bits and more. Definitely recommend
