Meh. Not super grand, but a nice place for a picnic or a quick hike. Seems to be much more popular with Thais than foreigners. Admission was a bit steep... I think it was 220 for two of us and our motorbike.

Beautiful and fun waterfall to visit. A must see for anyone in the Chiang Dao area. There’s a few food stalls in the parking lot that we noticed as we were coming back, that they will prepare a take away picnic for you -Quite sad we missed the opportunity to do this!

Great day out of Chiang Mai. Quite a bit cooler up here in the evergreen forest! Each of the 10 falls has a pool to wade or swim in. If you’re feeling like you need to relax after a long hike or mountain bike ride, this is a great place to decompress. Come early and go to the higher falls as it can get busy.

My husband and I with our one year old son hired a car and visited this waterfall which is well worth the effort. The drive is very easy, even if you are worried about driving on Thai roads. The falls cover about a kilometer all together so a 15 to 20 minute walk from start to finish on an easy trail. It's worthwhile walking all the way to the end as the last fall is the largest and has the best area for swimming. However, we went back to the second last fall as there was a small sandy area and shallow water my son could safely paddle in. Down near the parking area there is some tasty Thai food for sale, but also picnic tables close to the falls for people preferring to bring their own.

10 separate waterfalls spread out over a 1.5km riverside hike. While no single waterfall is worth the trip from Chiang Mai, as a whole this is well worth the drive and modest entry fee (adults approx 100b). The right hand path is most impressive, especially the viewing platform above Level 3 beside the car park.
