  You can find all brands of the world here. So much of shopping options, you can easily spend 5 hours only by shopping. Lots of food courts, customer service is the top most priority here at King power duty free stores. Cosmetics, alcohol, food items &electronics you name it you have it.

  Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Product is fine but staff completely incompetent at using EFTPOS machine. Employee tried to withdraw AUD from my partners account so the machine declined as the card only had Thai Baht. The employee then treated my partner as if she were a credit fraud because her card had declined... I then used my card where I had loaded the exact amount in Thai Baht and she withdrew AUD even though I had clearly said to take Thai Baht. We were trying to use up all our Thai Baht so now thanks to her I have lost $10 in exchange fees. Employees need to ask first before choosing the currency to withdraw.

  Staff great. But my (non alcoholic) drinks were confiscated from me at the gate. Bottled water from KING POWER is not the enemy!

  The staff here have no idea about duty allowances and therefore, will quite often tell you that you are not allowed to buy something because of your destination. For example, I was told that no one is allowed to take any alcohol into the UK. I told the women she was wrong, but she just kept smiling and repeating herself. The same has happened when I have flown to Paris, Sydney, and Toronto..."no, Mr. you cannot buy". Also, everything is much more expensive at King Power than at other duty free shops around the world. For example, a bottle of Dior pour Homme at King Power is $120, in Doha it's $100. Vodka (not that you can buy any) is $40 at King Power and $30 in London. Of course, then there was that sham they were pulling a few years ago...but that is another story for another time.

  King Power is the only duty free provider in Thailand. They have it all, prices are fair and the service usually good. Dont' forget to sign up for their loyalty program if you use this airport (all inter airports in Thailand) regularly. 10% and 20% further discounts.
