  Friendly staff and they care about sustainable health. I came here with lower back and neck pain from sitting in the office all day. After a couple of times, I feel much better and I continue to go for improved health.

  I'm only in the 1st stage of treatment and can see the changes that modern medicine and lifestyle changes cannot treat. What Innate Health does really is to change you from within. I've got high blood pressure and despite changing my lifestyle (exercising more, vegan diet on weekdays, restricted non-vegan diet on weekends, etc), there was little change. Saw the heart doctor and after undergoing all sorts of tests, they still could not explain it and put it down to 'genetic factors.' They then tried to put me on medication which would have made me a slave to big pharma my whole life, not to mention the damage the meds would do to my body. Thats when I did research and found out that a specific chiropractic adjustment to the C1 Atlas results in long term reduction in blood pressure in specific patients. Google it, you will find it. Therefore, after researching all chiropractors in Bangkok (Tried one at a hospital and it was useless), I chose Innate Health because of Dr Surrette's experience in upper cervical adjustments and underwent the free 1st consultation which lasted 1 to 1.5 hours. The treatment structure will be different for every patient so I will not comment on it here. All I can say is that it is affordable and one needs to have a long term approach to healing. They put me through a thorough examination of my posture, lifestyle and medical history before sending me off to get spinal x-rays done. These x-rays are done at any hospital and they are not affiliated with Innate Health. I did mine at a public hospital. Dr Surrette's explanation of how my spine was misaligned during his brief examination was confirmed by the x-rays. Scoliosis, problem in the C2 - C5, high right hip, etc....He was spot on. I would like to explain as well that Dr Surrette practices a new form of chiropractic therapy called Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). There is a lot of new-agey kinda information on the internet that might be difficult for some to wean out any useful information. But my personal experience is this. After 1.5 months, I'm just starting to get the 'network wave'. This 'network wave' has been scientifically studied. Google it. I haven't had to have a massage since I started treatment as my muscles are not stiff or painful. My neck and spine has more mobility. My typically short temper has gone away and I'm more clear headed in my thinking, solving problems instead of reacting to them. My blood pressure is slowly going down. Its not normalized yet, but I am confident it will be. In 1 year's time, I will take another x-ray of my spine but I already know that now, my posture is straighter, I can sit up straigther (I am more aware) and my neck is looser (I have a bad, reverse curve on my neck). I've got a long way to go but I'm confident that Dr Surrette can help me reach peak performance and enjoy a happy life. In case you are wondering, he can crack you the traditional way or gonstead way too. He just chose NSA because it works better. He has risked his professional career and life to do NSA and I believe he has made the right choice.
