  Agreed to do a tour at the airport to see three sites. Turned all the sights are at one location they Grand Palace. Extremely poor guide. Then conned into another boat tour on the premise it was for the floating market turned out it was for a small canal. Then the forced souvenir trip followed by a trip to the office to add on a night time boat tour all at a discounted price of we do it then! Completely Avoid this company!! Avoid booking any trips at the airport!!

  There should be a warning sign in the airport against this guys, do not use them for ANYTHING you’ll be disappointed for sure better off using the World Wide Web ✌️

  Total rip of.We were approached by a agent at Bangkok airport offered us a discount for transfer from phuket airport to Patong. Charged us double the amount even after discount. Basically he ruined my trip to phuket. Please do not use this company. It is better to bargain for everything on the spot and not book before hand because they will tell you if you book with them then you get a discount. This is my personal experience and first time in Thailand. I think the government should take action against these people.

  Dont be deceived by the word private tour you can not go where you want they have an agenda to stop at expensive place to make you spend your money . Was in Bangkok for a few days so I wanted to see the best places. I had an agent from Impressive Bangkok travel come up to me at the airport and offer us a private tour to the palace and around Bangkok for 200USD with a private driver and English tour guide. We were meet at our hotel the next morning by an older woman who did not speak that much English. We drove to the Palace and went in and then she proceeded to tell us we need to visit the gem store and a fabric shop as well as drop in at her head office. She told us if we didn't that she would not get paid 100 Baht for each place we didn't go. It really is a scam to get you to buy. The gem factory was really a jewelry store and fabric factory was a high end tailor. We went because we felt obligated. Then she said she has to stop by her head quarters and get a stamp on her day with us. When we got there she said we also have to go in. When we did we were made to sit down with another agent who tried to sell us more tours. So we really paid 200.00 to go see the palace and ride around to get her stamps in rush hour traffic then returned home. In the end we only saw the palace and every once in awhile she would call out Budda Temple as we passed one. On the way home she fell asleep and we just looked at things we passed by.

  I was told it will be a tour of around 5-6 hours seeing 3 temples and the city in order to be back at the airport at 4 pm and get my flight. The price was almost 200$ AUD as you'd have a private guide speaking good English and driver from and to the airport. Met the guide, lovely girl but with very poor English, asked to stay in front to see better the city but I was told that I have to stay in the back, they proceeded driving to the first temple and after a few minutes of conversation in English they proceeded talking the whole time between themselves. Few times I'd ask what is this and that landmark and I'd receive a few words reply. Like this I have seen in a rush the temples and by 11 I've been told I might as well go to the airport earlier making it sound as a benefit for me. They brought me at a shop where they made handmade jewellery as apparently part of the guided visit but it was just a way for me to buy souvenirs from them. They said there was another shop to visit which I refused and told them that I have paid to see the city not shops and this is not happening. The guide said that it is anyway too hot and that I have seen most of it. I insisted so they took me somewhere to eat street food. I went only with the guide, ordered food, and she proceeded telling me that usually tourists must leave the guide and driver tips for the service. Asked how come as the price it pretty high and we haven't done much and then told me they aren't paid much and I should show them that enjoyed their service. They brought me at the airport by 2 pm and waited 5 hours for my flight where I had enough time to read that the price even for the transport was a scam as it should have been way cheaper. Guide and driver were lovely people but I it wasn't at all impressive, it was barely mediocre.
