  I really feel comfortable at this hotel, everything is excellent , the staffs are very nice, all people have 4 members like this hotel so much, thank you I Residence Hotel, I LOVE YOU and see you soon From Vietnam Khoa Soleil.

  A REAL HOTEL NIGHTMARE This would have to be hands Down the worst run hotel I have ever stayed at, in 20 years of traveling and staying at 5*/*4 and *3 hotels motels resorts and bnb this is by far the worst I have stayed at, please avoid at all costs. We called the hotel prior to arriving there to see if we could possibly check in half an hour earlier they said no we couldn't, we were met with stiff resistence. Then when we arrived I was hit up with a 1000 baht charge to pay for my keycard to enter my room, this charge was not made aware to me at the time of booking but despite there numerous attempts to persuade me to pay it they said I have to pay it. Then when it come to my room, I booked a executive suite which has a separate kitchen and in the photos they show pictures of a plate bowl cutlery and cooking utensils fry pan so on. When I entered my room I couldn't find any of those things, I asked the bell boy were do they keep them he said you need to pay for it??? So I asked what about a spoon and a bowl for my baby he said that would cost you 500 baht and if I wanted everything I saw in the photos that would cost me an additional 1500 baht, once again this was not mentioned at the time of booking the room. Then I saw the bed skirting looked like it has never been changed there was what appeared to be blood that was stained on it, I called them to my room to see it, they said sorry, I asked what are you going to do? they said we can't do anything now, you have to wait till tomorrow? Then while I was walking around the room barefoot I noticed the soles of my feet turning black, then I grabbed one of my daughter's baby wipes and wiped the floor and it also turned black, the floor was incredibly dirty probably never gets wiped down. After that they offered to change our room but we had to wait a day and they weren't going to send someone to clean it we would have to live in this filth. Then the next day they changed our room and after another two days I wondered why we have not had a room service, I called the lobby and they said we don't offer that if you want someone to service your room you will have to pay for that??? I said I don't have any toilet paper and I would like my towels changed the bath mat is wet and the bin is over flowing, there response was, you will have to wait till you check out??? They said you can buy a roll of toilet paper for 180 baht and you will have to pay for the towels, they said there is a list in your room of charges for extras? I said how is that considered an extra? They said sorry they know how ridicules it is at the hotel but it is out of there hands and kepted blaming it on management, I was amazed they have gone to such lengths to comprise a list of additional charges you will be slugged for if you need something that is a basic necessity like a roll of toilet paper or a room service or a towel, I wish I took a photo of the list so I could show you. Bottom line is this is by far the worst run hotel I have ever stayed at I wish I had never stayed there we had trouble sleeping too because the air conditioning system was rattling and very noisy old design, it didn't have a quiet mode and was positioned right above your head were you sleep, I asked is this the same in all the rooms the response was yes, so this hotel was not pleasant to stay in at all and the overall experience would be a minus star they should lose all there stars. I will never recommended this hotel to anyone, I will never stay there again or any other hotels that are affiliated with this hotel, if you don't want a hotel nightmare then avoid this hotel at all costs.

  Nice staff and good value for money. Room is clean and breakfast very good. Nice variety in food and attentive room service.

  Rooms where good with air-con and they had nice soft beds. Close to everything like bars, food shops and shopping setters. They offer trip there but it is pricey for they trip it is easier to use the free app grab. I got these rubixs cubes from a near by shop called mbk centre.

  I was there two times with my girlfriend. The Hotel isn’t expensive and the services are very good. The personals are very friendly and do their work very well. It’s centrally in Bangkok. The rooms are big enough and clean. And they have balconies. I would come back again 👍
