::The museum is part of the PDA (population & community development Association) which helps to aid hill tribe communities. They also offer tours should you be interested in going to a village. The museum may be small and on the older side, but does provide interesting facts and information on the effects of opium trade had on the region. Customs of the different tribes of Thailand is introduced here as well.

::Nice little museum that's worth visiting if you have the time and are in the area, but don't go out of your way for it. 50 baht entry. Information is in English, and is about the exploitation of the tribes for tourists, and there's an interesting section on opium. It all feels a bit dated but it's good to support what the centre is doing.

::Good intentions but really not worth the effort to see other than to support a non-profit organisation supporting the hill tribe. I purchased a piece of clothing and was happy to support them.
