  GREAT location and amazing staff. Appearance was impressive!! Cleanliness was very clean and accessible!! Attentiveness of the staff on point [ immediate]. Food OMG 🤗💕😍 drinks, and prices are fair 👍👌...overall !!

  Lovely Hotel. Wonderful staff. Strategically located 1.9 KMS from walking street and a stone's throw away from Central Festival Mall. Breakfast is a damp squib when compared with other hotels. They refund the deposit after 4 weeks is bit strange. Sea view room is must to enjoy view of beach road and amazing swimming pool they have created. Mr Yuth, the duty manager was most helpful, energetic and charming person I came across in Pattaya.

  The Hard Rock has one of the best locations in Pattaya. Right in the middle of the stretch of beach and is accessible by foot to Walking Street and North Pattaya. It has the greatest pools in Pattaya! Tips: 1. Come on Saturdays - they have bubble pool parties on this day; 2. If u r taking a taxi back to Bangkok don’t get it at the hotel who negotiates a higher deal with u and get a cut from the taxis later on. Just walk out to the main street behind the hotel and there’s a whole line of cab drivers waiting there.

  This is my second stay here. The hotel has a very huge swimming pool, lots of activities at the poolside daily and every saturday night, they have foam party. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast has so many choices of delicious dishes. I will stay here again when I visit Pattaya.

  My group had the most service. 3 items ordered didn't show up. Groups bigger than ours sat down after us, finished, paid and left before the last member of our party got serviced. Only reason 2 star is due to the drinks which were made to perfection and and the atmosphere was where it should be.
