  Room wifi coverage needs improving. Need to wait a while for the hot water at the shower. Unstable electrical supply， power tripping.

  Very convenient to everywhere because the Asok BTS is right infront and Terminal21 shopping mall is in the same building of Grande Centre Point hotel

  Excellent. Right in the heart of Bangkok, I think. Lower floors and building attached next is lovely shopping mall. Polite, respectful and sincere customer service. Absolutely loved staying here, plus a sky top swimming pool. Recommend highly.

  Super comfy lobby if you need to meet someone here or wait on guests to come down. Water and juice is available freely, great couches and chairs for lounging, clean bathrooms, and charging stations for your mobile phone. Connected to the ground floor of Terminal 21 through a door opposite the large lounge area.

  From the moment we arrived to enquiry about vacancies, we were made to feel most welcome by the girl at customer service..( sorry can't remember her name but she was 1st class )we were shown options of 3 rooms and we settled for a Grande suite on 23rd floor. Allowed early check in. I asked for a 3pm check out and was granted my request. Fantastic service and staff support. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a top class hotel. The only let down so far is they advise "free mini bar". most top class hotels offer selection of beer & wine . All we got was 1 small can of coke & 1 small apple juice.??
