  The service and food is really great at the hotel. But one major thing that really bothers me is the comfort of the bed. It’s just terrible. I been all over the world, but this bed is one of the worst of all hotels I’ve been. Every time I come here. I have been here four times now. The sheets are dirty... this hotel is truly disgusting.

  Beautifull space indeed. Nice food and nice staff. Be ready for the hassle and busyness of a place with people who know how to negotiate a price for everything you want. I mean everything has no price tag. Negotiate and negotiate. Learn about the value of their money and what you also have. I enjoyed the hotel and the busy life of Bangkok. Go there and chill.

  I have been here since New year's eve party at the grand ballroom 2 floor of the hotel. The entrance is hardly to find for people who came here for the first time. The hotel is located in Rama 9 street nearby the Rama 9 Hospital between the Royal City Avenue. Services is usually good as the forth stars hotel should be but for the Food quality is quite a little bit bad in some kitchen especially Chinese kitchen. The GM should looking forward to taking care of quality and taste of food to be high as the price you set.

  A nice and clean hotel. Stay is nice and provide with shuttle service hourly to the market. Food is good but staff is not at all friendly maybe add they don't understand English... Not ready to help. Only is it situated far from the main market and you have to call taxi/uber

  You can tell it used to be a top of the line 5 star hotel when it's built. The rooms are high and nicely appointed. But it has gotten a bit run down. We had an issue with the AC fan being very loud in our room but it was promptly fixed after we inform the hotel staff. One drawback is there isn't much to do within walking distance from the hotel. The new mall across the street is not fully opened yet and is mostly empty.
