  Ottima palestra peccato per le macchine che non rappresentano il top della qualità in commercio considerata la struttura, ma in definitiva una bella realtà. Prezzi in linea con il mercato locale

  Over priced , price keeps going up and up and don't use the lockers staff are notorious for picking the locks and stealing cash. price has turned Gym into a ghost town

  Edit: They've thrown in extra equipment. Now got a Power Cage to keep the muscle builders happier. Hopefully this helps during peak hours. Enough treadmill and machines AC and not. Can be too busy between 5-10pm. Always room for improvement - but I'd recommend it. More fans or fix the broken ones. As of currently I paid 4,000 baht for 3 months. They keep an effort to keep the place clean, which is good. They sell water at 10 baht a bottle, iso100 and msport 20 baht. As well as protein powder, gloves and other gym needs. Optimum Nutrition whey/bacc/preworkout products available and include about 4 flavours (ice cream Vanilla, double chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry) last time I checked. 2lb whey gold about 1,300. Competitively priced I think? They're always changing tinkering so this ain't gospel. Some complain the AC section bit small but it covers the main stuff I guess. Many have complained about the bench press, this is an issue with the equipment supplier they have. The bench press is either too high or too low. Only two power cages. Common.

  Nice facility, fair price, and open 24 hours a day. The staff are always walking around cleaning and are very friendly. I made a great choice.

  中心部にあるジムです。1日利用料は350バーツでたか少し高いような気がします。ロッカーは自分で南京錠を用意しておかないと鍵がかけられてないので、トレーニング中はずっとバッグを携帯してなければなりませんでした。ドリンクのボトルも普通サイズしか売ってないので、ビッグサイズが必要なら用意していく必要があります。ジムのマシンやパワーラック、スミスマシンなどは充実していますが、プレートがばらけているので探す手間が少しかかるくらいでした。 基本的には良いジムです。パタヤに行った際はまた行こうと思っています。
