  Large space, nice machine and equipment! It’s near the cinema on 7 floor. Maybe this gym is the best Fitness First gym in the downtown (not including platinum gym).

  Having lived in the States, Korea, and Thailand, my feeling is that gyms in Bangkok are a bit expensive. That said, for Bangkok, Fitness First is the market leading gym for the city. Find a location you can walk to and make sure you take advantage of the new member program and the group exercise classes!

  Well equipped gym with modern equipment but expensive and very overcrowded in the evening. Not exactly quiet in the afternoon either.

  Good thing about this gym are Park 4hrs. for free, Large space and not cold air condition, has squat rack, before and after gym has a lot of choice to eat, commute easy by MRT.
