::Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok had very poor service. The receptionist guy gossiped me and my friend in Bahasa which he thought we don't know Bahasa-of course, my friend does. I handed my papers to him to check as their process, he told me to fill a form in first, then I asked for my paper clip back but he refused to give it to me at first with the reason that I should fill in a form, but hello! It was my paper clip, what was the reason to not return my thing? He then started saying something in Bahasa with the other girl next to him. I didn't know Bahasa but with his reaction, I could understand that he talked bad about me since in the same day and with the same guy, my friend also got gossiped, unfortunately he understood it. Also the next processes were funny. All Indonesian staff in the Embassy always speaked Thai. They ran the number of applicants in Thai, even there were many westerners there. The Thai applicants had to translate that to the others. After Submitting my papers, the consular didn't tell me where next to go or what to do, he just called the next number and left me there with confusion. I stepped back to sit and wait until a guy with number after me went to cashier and I had to ask if I have to pay. This was ridiculous and very unprofessional. I have applied for the visa in many Embassies and so far, Indonesian was worst.

::Annually organize Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha prayer to Indonesian people in Bangkok and other nationalities . Very nice ambience inside the embassy and got a chance to chat with His Excellency Ahmad Rusdi

::Everyone is really chilled and nice at the embassy. But, my cousin and I paid the $50 visa fee and when we landed in Bali (in Oct) we were told that earlier this year the Indonesian government gave over a 100 countries including Bhutan a free one month visa to Indonesia. Why didn't the embassy tell us about that? I think it's something they should know and not let people pay unnecessary for.
