  We all know that technical failure is possible anytime... it could just be so lucky a day for you Jim Sheng... one way to look at it is that the service may be slow at times due to thorough assistance provided... funny when i used to have to go through the process of visa application at the China Embassy, I had to make time for the entire morning because it is so time consuming from finding parking to finally get the work done ! i guess there's always rooms for improvement :-) Cheers...

  This is the worst embassy/VISA office in the world. The display for the number system doesn't work, so the only way you could see if you are being call is if you see the woman puts a tiny card in her window. The service is ridiculously slow, I did not see a single number called during the 1 hour we waited. Taiwan embassy here is such a loser compare to the Chinese embassy here. Do not bother with VISA to Taiwan from here!
