  I've spent 2 days trying to contact anyone by phone, email and web, and nothing works. Says appointment is required, but appointment calendar is blank for the rest of the year. Every extension on their phone line sends you straight back to the start. Calling an operator rings for 5 minutes and then disconnects. Doesn't seem to be any way to communicate with this embassy at all.
