::I had items stolen from my room from staff at a condo that I had rented through East Coast Real Estate. When I needed East Coast to help me address the issue with the condo (even just to mediate/translate would have been very helpful) they flatly refused. Happy to take your money but not happy to help even a little when really needed. I certainly won't be using these guys again and will be sure to warn others too.
