  ☆ -1の理由は便利なスクンビットの通りに面している為車の音がうるさい。個人差はありますが私は十分寝れました。

  窓なしの部屋でしたが、寝るだけですので問題無し。 部屋が多少狭い気がしました。

  My family (myself, husband, 2 young daughters) stayed here on the 5th floor on 11/1/13. My 6 year old daughter woke up the next morning with 30 bites all over her face, shoulders and arms. I hoped it was just mosquito bites, but this morning, back at home, my 8 year old daughter woke up with similar bites all over her body. The bite patterns (several bites in a line), amount and location of the bites make it clear that it is bedbugs. I am so angry. I showed the bites to the lady at the check-in desk the next morning and she did not seem concerned. We clearly picked up the bedbugs at this hotel and have brought them home with us. The management MUST treat this seriously and rectify this situation. Also, on a side note, both my 6 year old daughter and I also got food poisoning from something we ate for breakfast at the hotel. We both became ill approximately one hour after eating and were sick for 24 hours with food poisoning.
