ทำใบขับขี่ต่างประเทศ แนะนำก่อนมาหาข้อมูลให้ละเอียด ต้องใช้เอกสารอะไรบ้าง เตรียมให้พร้อมทุกอย่าง งานเป็นระบบดี เร็วกว่าคิดมาก แค่ชั่วโมงเดียวเสร็จ

มาเปลี่ยนใบขับขี่เป็นรูปแบบใหม่ Smart Card ที่อาคาร 4 ชั้น 2 เตรียมใบขับขี่เดิม ตัวจริงพร้อมถ่ายเอกสาร และบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง (ต้องมาเองเท่านั้น) ไม่ต้องถ่ายเอกสาร เสียค่าคำร้อง 5 บาท ค่าทำใบใหม่ 100 บาท ถ้ามีการแก้ไขข้อมูลเช่น เปลี่ยนที่อยู่ เปลี่ยนชื่อ นามสกุล เสียค่าแก้ไขข้อมูลอีก 50 บาท ถ้าใบเดิมเป็นตลอดชีพ ก็จะได้ใบใหม่เป็นตลอดชีพ ใช้เวลาทำ 10 นาที จ่ายเงิน ถ่ายรูปและรับใบขับขี่ คนเดียวทำจบทุกขั้นตอน รูปถ่ายออกมาก็ดี ใช้กล้อง SLR มีไฟส่อง 2 ดวง มีช่องบริการประมาณื20 ช่อง ดีเยี่ยม ขอชมเชยอย่างสูง บัตรแบบ smart card สามารถใช้ขับรถได้ในอาเซียน 10 ประเทศ คือ บรูไน ฟิลิปปินส์ อินโดนีเซีย เวียดนาม มาเลเซีย พม่า กัมพูชา สิงคโปร์ ไทย ลาว

Not as slow or as confusing one would expect when dealing with public services. Staffs are helpful. Facility is quite old.

Place to get your Thai driving license... Long process which takes 4 days now(registration >physical test>training for written>written test>practical test), and each of those days you need to go in the queue for 10 to 21 days.
