::Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and ethic. I inquired for an appointment through email stating "very clearly" that I would be paying by credit card. Once I got there, the lady told me that she would need to charge me an additional 500 bath for the use of the credit card. I never heard of such fees in the past. Furthermore, these additional fees were never disclosed to me and nowhere mentioned in their website. As a foreign tourist from Canada, I lost my trust and confidence in their business and decided to give my business somewhere else.

::Perfect. had 8 years of treatment now., veneers , crowns. brilliant results.will not go anywhere else. perfect treatment and friendly staff. cannot recommend dentist beach enough.

::Got a simple teeth clean or 'scalping' as they call it in Thailand. Was told it would cost between 800 too 1500 bhat depending on the amount of plaque the dentist has to remove. I was charged 1000 bhat. There was no wait. Only one dentist operating on a weekday. All staff spoke English and were friendly. The dentist was very gentle and spoke in English during the procedure. Did a great job. I've had teeth cleaned in Australia and the standard was the same. Overall a positive, cheap and easy experience.

::Had a very uncomfortable experience and the repair lasted less than a week. Treatment room very cramped, nurse seemed to become angry when she tried putting in an X ray film and I couldn't open my mouth wider, that was quite painful. During treatment I was gagging on the water that was flooding my throat. I did read a lot of positive comments before I went, so it may have been an off day, but I won't be going back

::While looking online for a good Dentist in Pattaya, I came across many favorable reviews on 'Dentist @ Beach'...so, I decided to give them a go while on holiday from New Zealand. The predominately female staff were very caring and professional.The Dentists spoke fluent English and some of the support staff as well. I had tooth extractions, root canals, crowns and a bridge done over a 2-3 week period. The Dentists were excellent and their work was relatively painless. Dental costs were "way" cheaper then in NZ and they provided me with a top quality result. I would highly recommend any Kiwi's wanting to save serious $$$ and receive a high quality result to give Dentist @ Beach a go. I'll definitely be back to get some more work done on my next holiday.
