The prices aren’t even good the only good thing which also is a bad thing is the location. We are put right above the bars and clubs and our window have such huge gaps in them, we might as well have them open it is so loud we can’t even hear ourselves think. It’s been raining for 3 days now and our floor has flooded because of the shabby windows the only temperature you can get in our shower is BOILING hot and no way at all to cool it down. The cleaner literally made our beds and that’s all, no new towels a new dirty toilet roll and our bins were still full.

It is a hotel with a reasonable price with breakfast and swimming pool , in the middle of alot of bars and restaurants with live music until 2 am

Well if you like the nightlife of bars clubs and street food this is the place for you, above the street of Khao San road you literally walk out of the door into a full blown street party, and to relax take a dip in their roof top pool with amazing views of the palace and other temples

Good hotel to stay in . But look for a room at the Bach of the hotel. If you get a room in the front of the hotel good luck with getting some sleep. Swimming pool on the roof is very good condition.

Ended up with a windowed room on our first night. Room was very loud and even after the music stopped, could hear street noise (mainly bottles being cleaned up). Room didn't have soap or shampoo and was overall dated and dirty. Asked for another room with no window for the second night. Second room was much nicer, had shampoo and soap dispenser in shower but had a funny smell. Rooftop area was nice, part of it was under construction when we were there but looked like it would be nice when finished. Pool was kind of dirty, the jets weren't on and more than likely the filters were off as well. Location wise it's great if you want to experience khaosan nightlife.
