::Very pricey parking base on fact it's far from the center but charging the same price. I think this project is working coz no competitor yet. The fine for overtime parked, it's bloody ridiculous THB 300 plus additional hours plus THB100 of previous day. Kinda ripped off, this business is running very tricky. Terrible customer service as they don't compromise to any circumstance. Monthly charge is around THB3,000 but not all parking slot is under shade and this price is nonsense!
