  This is far from plush as a place to get a drink, but it has a great location on the corner if the soi (Thai - for street) and right next to the canal. The seating is basic and bottles of beers are straight from a big bin full of ice. It doesn't serve food, but you can buy from the street traders good food for less than one GBP and eat this at the bar. Its also less than 3 mins from Khausan rd where the beers are almost double the price. It can however feel a little intimidating at first since its a very Thai type atmosphere and gets only a few braver foreigners to take a seat. One you do take that seat you will be welcomed warmly and you will love the time you spend watching the street life from a very special advantage place.
