  Clean and professional . Simple fit outs but modern . Good firm beds. Staff experience varied . Stand out positive was the car and luggage guys and security . Provided guidance refused by counter staff . Reception sigh . Had English when it suited them . Actively avoided all eye contact and would serve asian customers behind and around us . Had to wait several times till last customer. We certainly knew where our place was . This was repeated on check out and as the hotel was very quiet we requested a 2 hour late check out . Met with a demand for 1400 baht . Still they were matched by the resturant staff . Who comically turned their backs on us enmass when we entered 1 hour from closing . My Thai boss was stunned and has banned this hotel from the companies use .

  Good room good service, beautiful place, good location, Very convenient facilities. Tasty breakfast, fitness, convenient location near attractions in Ayutthaya.

  The hotel is very nice and clean. The receptionists are polite and willing to help. One plus that there is a free bus from the hotel to Ayutthaya City Park.

  Very nice hotel. Big rooms with kitchen annex. Within complex there is message service - definitely worth trying. Clean and comfortable bathrooms. Strongly recommend.

  Great place for one night or long time with apartments. Always clean. Great staff and everything you'll need in the are. Plus a great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend!
