  Loved our stay here. Friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and fully equipped where you can cook if you want to. Walking distance to Ashok or Sukhumvit Station and some good massage parlor a stones throw away. Also nearby a few clubs and some street food stalls.

  Overall it's good experience to stay at citadines..but as they are not operating their own kitchen so in breakfast you will get same menu all the week..all menu items are very very limited ..I would recommend to stay for not more than 3 days..they also provide kitchenette so you can cook by yourself..

  Room OK, smelt musty. Reception staff not overly friendly. The coffee shop adjoining the hotel is a disgrace for the franchise brand. Sent the eggs benedict back becos the sauce was cold came back a second time the same. Ordered carrot cake. It was as hard as a brick. I saw another customer's order sent back to the kitchen too. In fairness they comped the cake that only had one piece out of it. For the money a below average experience. Shame for such a great location.

  Spacious hotel rooms, well worth its price. The smoking rooms were stronger smelling compared to other hotels. Asked the hotel staff to change us to a non smoking room, they did it without any fuss. No air conditioning for the corridors. The toilets are not furnished with a bathtub.

  Nice location. Rooms are modern and well kept. Coffee shop attached downstairs has good coffee and food. Would be nice if they provided a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door as the cleaning staff does not give up easily even if doors are locked and even calls the room after that doesn't work. Minor complaint, still 5 star on the review.
