::After spending two weeks in Bangkok at multiple locations, I realized a couple things: Train and 7-11 are life. This hotel is nice because it's about a five minute walk from the MRT so you can get most places in the city easily. And there is a 7-11 a block away so you can get beer easily as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. BIG DISCLAIMER: There is a club literally right across the street, so expect to hear banging music until around 2 A.M. Didn't really bother me cause I was up late, but definitely not for anyone trying to get to bed early.

::Location is fantastic. Absolutely convenient. In the middles of 7/11s, family mart, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy etc. Just walk outside and you'll be in the middle of all the action. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is clean. Staff is polite.

::Apartments are a good size with all amenities. Good wifi. Cute rly for cooking a bit old. They have a launderette on the top floor. The price for the tokens is a bit on the high side.

::I had a good stay except for some issues with the bathroom - the taps were really tight to turn on, the tiles on the bathroom wall could be cleaner and the water took some time to flow down the drain. Everything else was good. Do note that it's next to a bar. My family had trouble sleeping with a bit of noise. I was okay with it. 😊

::Practicality and comfort. But the room I was in had a plumbing problem. Called the reception and complained. They worked it out in a jiffy! Not a suitable location for Bangkok's night life but I like it there. There's a sport bar, a small but nice swimming pool, a working gym and laundromat on the rooftop. 5 minutes walk to Nana train station. I would recommend this.
