  Avoid this place if you can. Worst haircut experience in Bangkok. They take more booking that they can handle. I had to wait in the chair for 15-20 mins till the stylist finished with another customer. Then she trimmed into my beard that she didn't even notice (or didn't want to). And when i complained about that she was making faces. And overall the result of the cut is not satisfying. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! Update: Reading the guy's response on the review another reason why you make a mistake if you go to this place. Totally unprofessional. Instead of being sorry for the bad service, he becomes hostile with everyone who gives a bad review. Half of his guests were foreigners when i was there. I wonder how will they recieve his comment on foreigners. He can be definitely an artist but not on others' expense. Somehow he doesn't get this. Lastly i don't know which part of my review give him the idea that i have even a slight intention to go back... Ps: in case he deletes his response, i attach a screenshot.

  I was here today. Made an appointment but he was moving around with multiple clients. And not happy with the hair cut. I guess if you are not a local doesn’t work. I told him A couple of things I want done but none of it was done. Didn’t even fix the parting his assistant made just went on to cut. It’s not my job to fix things to frame my face for him to work on ! POOR Why take appointments if you have other clients !

  I went there twice. Satisfied with the first haircut from the male stylist but not the second from the female (i think they only have 2 stylists). Book in advance!!! Dont try your luck.

  It’s easier to aot and get what suited you. This is the best description for Chi Salon. Chi salon can tell what is you best fit hairstyle. I always get a good care from the owner himself and the other staff which provide same service as the owner himself. Khun Chi always know his customer and know the condition of each customer (I think this place is the only salon and kept our hair condition as database for each customer and updated from time to time). Always love this place.

  I have been coming to Chi for the past 4 years and Chi has never fails to amaze me. He is always ahead in the industry with his knowledge of hair and products. Whatever style or trend of hair I want he always delivers. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to revitalize your hair and have amazing hair style. Each of the member tab Chi Salon treats all their customers with utmost respect and service mind. Love love love!
