  Not worth it. Staffs are nice but room was one of the worst ones. kitchen floor and bathrooms looked so dirty and bird's poo everywhere at balcony. We stayed 3nights but seemed like they don't clean the balcony even if it's dirty. Mum wasn't satisfied with cleaning service. Swimming pool looked nice but they open late and close early compare to other hotels. Pretty sure that you can find a better one with the same budget

  Amazing place to stay. Cool and calm. Very friendly staff and clean accommodation. Booked a suite and it was so wonderful. The breakfast is good. Drinks at flow club are just okay. will recommend it to all visiting Thailand

  수영장은 좋아보이지만 위치나 서비스 측면에서는 별로인 곳입니다. 가격은 저렴하지만 그만큼 객실이 낡았고 에어컨 소리가 굉장히 크더군요. 와이파이는 자주 끊기고 한번 끊기면 몇시간씩 연결이 안되어 불편하고 채널 안내에는 한국 방송(KBS world)이 나온다고 되어 있지만 해당 채널은 먹통이더군요. 그리고 연박했는데 물과 어메니티는 딱 첫날만 주고 안줍니다. 타월 교체와 크리닝 서비스도 일요일에는 해 주지 않아 당황스럽더군요. 심지어 시정을 요구해도 받아들여지지 않아 당혹스럽습니다. 객실 내에는 끊임없이 개미도 출현합니다. 외관만 그럴듯해 보이고 체인이 아닌 4성급 이하 레지던스에도 못미치는 최악인 레지던스라고 할 수 있습니다. 조식은 가격 대비 나쁘지 않으나 포함된 예약이 아니라면 굳이 추가할 필요는 없어 보입니다. 셔틀을 타도 인근 총논시역 방향 길이 막혀 30분은 예상해야 합니다.(걸어나가 BRT를 이용하는 것이 낫습니다)

  조식은 그럭저럭. 그렇게 맛있는 메뉴는 없지만 구색은 갖추고 있음. 룸은 넓고 주방부터 거실까지 있어 참 편리하고 침대가 아주 포근함. 하지만 개미가 있어서 상당히 찝찝함..ㅠㅠㅠ 화장실, 주방, 심지어 룸의 책상에서도 개미 발견... 주방 음식물 쓰레기 버리는 곳에는 개미가 우글우글 합니다.. 탑층 룸이었지만 개미 많음. 개미 빼면 참 괜찮은 호텔..

  Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se con qualche pecca. La colazione molto molto ricca e varia, non usano esporre le bustine di thè e non vi è usanza di spremuta fresca di frutta ma nel complesso molto buona. Il complesso esterno davvero ben tenuto, grande e bella piscina con giardino tropicale, bar elegante e con un menù ricco. Il minimarket è un plus di lusso così come la lavanderia automatica, essenziale. Le camere sono spaziose e tutte con bella vista sulla città. L'unica pecca è il sistema di areazione che non ti permette di modulare temperatura e flusso d'aria causando non pochi disagi. Pulizia impeccabile. Il personale davvero molto cortese e professionale, a dispetto dell'esperienza avuta a Phuket ti sentivi in un albergo a 6 stelle. L'hotel dispone di una SPA, sale congressi e 2 ristoranti oltre che di Internet point e servizio navetta per la città gratuito.
