  Staff are inattentive and border line rude. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, food is hit and miss. The first night I had a steak. It was very tasty but it was served cold. I also had a tuna sandwich that made my whole mouth burn. I probably would not stay here again.

  Centara is a hotel that provides comfortable and clean rooms. It is well located in the heart of Hat Yai however it is quite an old hotel. The staff are courteous and understand basic English. Car park is relatively safe with security guards taking care of the place.

  OK. Slightly above average. Maybe one of the better hotels in the small town of Hatyai. The best about the hotel is location. You find night markets just below the hotel and 2 major shopping centre along the road.

  Very nice place! Excellent service (the safebox in my room wasn't working well, so the manager himself came to help). Swimming pool and gym had very beautiful views. Extremely strategic location, in the middle of the city. Right below the hotel, there's a grocery store conveniently loacted which has good imported food at a reasonable price. Will definitely come here again!

  Being the iconic landmark of Hat Yai, Centara stands right at the heart of the busiest street in the city. Rows of vendors and hawkers line both sides of the street thronged by tourists in drove. In the evening food stalls were setup by the street showcasing their most popular local delights. You won't have to travel at all to fill up your stomach. I last stay at this hotel some 20 yrs back but the experience is as intriguing as before. This property boast a complete amenity of a 5 stars hotel and a service level that matches every expectation.
