  We booked a stay here but was not impressed with the location so we decided to move to another resort even though we already paid and knew we wouldn't get a refund. We were placed in a room across the road that had no view. Staff were nice when we told them we were leaving, apologetic for not having a room to upgrade us to, they also gave us a lift to the new resort for free. Their breakfast was good, area by the pool and beach was a bit run down though. Room itself was not nice at all, linen needed to be replaced, tiny bathroom and just not a nice location. I guess we are just used to nice places.

  I gave a 4 star based on the few cons this hotel has. Pros: - I stayed in the sea view villa and it is so worth the money. I suggest room 103 or 104. - Food quality in the restaurant is very good. - they offer afternoon cocktail and food discount. - The manager Mas is very helpful and has the most welcoming smile - Staff is very courteous and helpful. - The serenity you feel sitting at the pool or long chair area is worth having the hotel little off the main attraction area of Chaweng. - Room and food prices are very reasonably set. - Hotel has the sense of boutique hotel with romantic side rather than family with small children oriented. Cons: - The breakfast can get boring if your stay goes beyond 3 nights. Limited and repeat choices. - Be aware that the standard rooms are located far from beach. - I had an issue with having a constant flow of water temperature in my room. I loved the hotel and I highly recommend it!!!! They have the large tree at the front covering the bean bag lounge area overlooking the beach is an experience by itself to cherish.

  Beautiful view, lovely staff. Food is delicious. Such a relaxing atmosphere. I've been there many times and I always enjoy my time over there. Prices are definitely correct. I will definitely come back !

  Cannot swim in the beach, but it is a great experience to walk in the shallow water about half a kilometer into the sea. Hotel is good if you have a sea facing room... Other rooms just look into each other I assume... Might not give you privacy. A bit far from the main Koh Samui market, but not a barrier if you don't mind a bit of a walk along the beach or can hail a quick cab.

  Pictures are led to deceive - dreadful hotel/service This hotel was booked via Agoda on the basis of photos showing nice beach bungalows within metres of the beach. (i contacted Agoda but they havent bothered responding) Booked a standard room but the reality is you get put in some cheaply build building at the back of this. There is not one picture of this building on any website which to me is clearly misrepresenting where i'd be staying. In the months when the tide is high you have to walk a 400 hundred metres and through a different hotel to get to the beach, thus it isn't on the edge of the hotel as presumed by looking at the photos, though obviously the hotel cant be held responsible for the seasons. Breakfast is dreadful appalling quality of food, no matter how many times i ask for coffee it does not arrive, in good hotels the staff offer tea/coffee at breakfast. so after day 4 with another 4 days here i give up on this. Seems these places want to charge a small fortune per night but spend nothing at all on training their staff. Though obviously the staff can't be blamed for this. Wifi didn't work, receptionist was helpful getting this resolved but it still only works now and then. Surely the owners should have got this done properly the first time. How people have rated this place so highly is beyond me, you could stay in central Chaweng for less and a few hundred metres away from the beach and not have the mile walk or deal with the rip of taxi drivers on a daily basis
