  The lady was nice and informative and their prices were fair. I went on the train market tour and floating market tour. We were in a small van. The driver was prompt and really looked after our small group.

  Our experience with Canary Travel was the best it could be! Chan helped us with several tips about the trip and with buying tickets to various places in Thailand. Besides, she was the most patience to us explaining (with great patience and affection) each of our dozens doubts. As if it was not enough, Chan helped us along all our journey via whatsapp, guiding and helping us to solve problems. In sum, having found Canary Travel was one of the best things that happened to us in our trip. We totally recommend Canary Travel!!!

  In summary--did the Ayuthaia full day tour. The van came on time and transportation there and back was good and timely although the van a bit cramped. The price of the agency was affordable, but that's where the positive parts end. The speaker barely spoke any comprehensible English and in a really low voice and the served lunch was very basic and not enough for 30+ group. I was ultimately surprised and disappointed at our experience as the reviews before me were all 5 stars. For more details: The tour group consisted of over 30 total people (other agencies we saw had smaller groups but cost a few hundred baht more) with multiple stops. The tour guide was a nice old man but spoke in such a low voice and accent that it was almost impossible to understand. Others commented and asked him to be louder, to which he adjusted 5% higher and then went back to the same voice level. Wasn't able to learn about the history of the ruins at all and even when I tried to stand closer it was basically pointless. The ruins are beautiful and worth seeing but this is not the tour company to book it with. Do so at your own risk or really press about the quality of the English of the guide. Maybe their other tours are better? The group lunch was also very mediocre by Thai standards and not enough between many hungry tables. Only rice was refilled.
