  I was told by the Phuket dealer to come and inspect the stock of C43 at the Rama 4 dealer in Bangkok. When I arrived I was neither greeted, nor was I offered ANY help. I stayed around 30 minutes before I left, just as I was leaving a guy spoke to me... I didn't even know he worked there... He said he was too busy to help me (clearly) and so I told him I would not be buying a Mercedes.

  1. When one employee takes leave, can not find another person who can carry on his clients. 2. Late middle age woman at front desk not responsive and slow at work. Seems like retiring. 3. Not on time. Called to pick up car at 8:00am but when customer is on time. Everyone looks surprised and ask around who will be responsible? Where is the car? How is the car? Then after waiting, they are not sure if not today, when the car will be ready to pick up again. They can not find a responsible person because an employee took leave a few days ago. So depressing.
