  Good and neat property. Big pool and beach facing rooms. Reception and service poor. Breakfast very poor and same daily.away from city. No nearby shops or restaurants.but free transport available to city.

  Good rooms. Comfy beds and good bathrooms. Breakfast is great. Lots of items for breakfast everyday. There are other facilities like swimming pools, a sauna room, steam bath room, kids play area etc. The hotel is adjacent to a beach. Overall a great relaxing experience!

  I am disappointed by the time I need to wait for the hotel staff to on the air conditioning at the children’s playroom - 15 mins 6 seconds. This is inspire me telling them I am waiting with my children there to play. Sigh. I think the boss treats the staff badly, that’s why the service here is so poor. No Smile Hotel. If you can take it, then, it is a reasonable hotel to stay in ; (
