  Pros: very good breakfast variety; very kind and helpful staff that does tale good care of you: huge Pool and nice area surrounding it: spacious rooms. Cons: rooms are from the eighties includimg their bedside lightswitch panel for tze whole room. Toilet flush not properly working. Rooms are a bit run down and need a big overhaul. If you drive with car, or cab it's a bit hard to reach the hotel.

  Good location, in Arab town. Reception staff were nice. We got super deluxe room which we liked very much. Breakfast buffet was ok.

  We booked 2 double bed for staying as friends. But the hotel gave us a king size bed. We have to go up 18 floor and come down 18 floor in order to change the room. We were then given a room at floor 5 afterwards but the keys are not working. We have to go down again to the lobby to change the keys. Please educate your staff to give what customer want and make sure all the keys are working so that your customer do not need to go up and down with their luggage!! This is totally unacceptable!!

  Superb service. Staff try hard to make sure your experience is good. Lovely, well appointed large 'club' room at good price. Maintenance and fittings above average. Highly recommended for a stay in town. Excellent breakfast choices with range of cuisines and attentive servers. Walking distance to many attractions and night stalls. 24 hour grocery nearby. Located on a very small side street. A nice find, thoroughly recommended.
