  I've lived in Bangkok for four years and this was the first time I've used an agent. The agent was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, but overall very patient as, I have to admit, I changed my mind with regards to the area I wanted/needed to live in on three or four occasions. Most importantly, the agent had a great deal of contacts and had obviously established relationships with owners and other agents alike. Highly recommended.

  I found Bangkok Property Services to be very easy to deal with and deliver an excellent service. Paul was able to help me find an appropriate apartment by consulting with me about my requirements and drawing up a useful shortlist of properties which saved a lot of time for me. He was knowledgable and able to discuss honestly with me what the pros and cons of the areas and properties were, and this allowed me to make a good decision in terms of the property I eventually rented which was a one bedroom in The Emporio Place. An honest and professional business who actually listen to what you want.
