  Beautiful cathedral unfortunately under renovation now. But soon it will be even more beautiful.

  Really nice Cathedral, not busy at all. Every time I was there, I was the only visitor. Renovated 2 years ago, the floor is shiny new, the windows show biblical stories and the decorative elements are beautiful. Nice, old, colonial quarter around on which time has left its traces as many houses around are covered by plants growing in the walls.

  Stunning interior beautifully lit. Everything there is beautiful. Worth keeping in mind that taking pictures inside the cathedral whether with a camera or phone is not allowed. There is also a dress code to respect I added a photo describing what's allowed and what's not.

  Usually closed. Can tour the compound for some inspiration

  From pier phra artit(near khaosan) to oriental (just near church)takes about 20 minutes. Easy to come. :) and on Sunday mass its full of tourists like us. ;)
