  Aesthetics And Cleanliness is not too bad for an apartment. Service is average. The beds are just sufficiently comfortable and not too hard. Every room differs though so consistency is an issue, with some rooms having a balcony while some are bigger, some have kettles some don't. Furniture is impressive, with quite a lot of cupboards and stuff to put your stuff. The lift is inaccessible because you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach it (defeating it's purpose). Area looks resort-ish tbh. Enough parking. Unfortunately, I had a spoilt flush and unmade room for 2 nights when I stayed there, but if they improve on consistency, it's definitely and great pick.
