  the best ever resort. the staff were so friendly and the breakfast buffet really fantastic. our room was so lovely and the pools so clean and the gardends spectacular. will definately come again. thank you so very much for making us feel very special.

  Friendly staff. Lovely grounds. Beautiful pools but on the section of the beach that is quite polluted. The buffet breakfast was full of an amazing variety of Eastern and Western selections.

  Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary. Room has nice modern decor. I believe the resort was newly renovated at that time. Very impressive breakfast buffet. Fresh juices, selection of cold cut and cheese, and even dim sum! Since then we have been going back to Amari just for the breakfast

  The resort is ideally situated near the beach and it is walking distance to good restaurants (e.g. Prego, Italian restaurant) and outlet shops. The resort has very good amenities and the staff are accommodating. It felt good that the staff and the managers took the time to talk to us and made sure that we enjoyed our stay in the resort and that we had everything we needed. Mam, the Dining manager, was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort.

  This was our second visit at the Amari. Location and service are great but we found a couple of drawbacks this time that hampered our stay. Firstly our first visit last June we stayed in the lower storey of the vila in the garden wing. Issue we had was the constant pile driving noise throughout the day coming from next door’s construction. It was simply uncomfortable trying to have a peaceful time. We thought we would give the Amari another chance and visit the hotel again so I emailed them late last year concerned about the noise. I was assured by them that it had stopped and that construction is at the internal stage. How wrong they were. We arrived 3 weeks ago and experienced a constant bashing of metal next door all day. The construction was nowhere near the internal stage as they stated. We felt deceived in a way and thought they could have been honest prior to us booking. Our room was an upper storey unit in the garden area. The fan above us creaked all the time and made sleeping unbearable. Luckily we had a short stay this time. I found things will only get fixed if someone complains about it. No regular maintenance checks.
