  Stayed at this place Feb 2018 for 14 nights. Why I came here - I wanted to try something different this time. Something away from the centre and more quiet. Well, it fits the bill. Good: - It is quiet. - For some reason not much resident in the building, so less noise. - The staff is friendly and try to help. - The view from balcony at night was very very good! - I was given a very affordable price for my stay there. Bad: - Very thin walls, so you can hear the snoring next room. - When I was there most of the time only two elevators work - I was asked to pay 200 Baht for a sticker to be able to park my motorcycle there. not a big drama, but no one told me that before. - Let's say that the building need to be renovated. It is not bad, but obviously can be refurbished to a better standard. - There was some smell from the sewer. - The A/C unit was leaking a little. Not a big drama.

  プール、ジム付きのコンドミニアムです ビーチから若干離れていますが高層階からは海が一望で抜群の眺め、隣りにはセブンイレブン周辺にはレストラン、レンタルバイク店 レンタルバイクがあればパタヤビーチまで5分程度です。 但し電力が不安定な場合があり、泊まれない事もありました。電話対応のチェックイン担当者は無責任なのでクレームは予約したagodaにしたところ全額返金+17us$分の割引権をくれた

  Posto tranquillo, dotato di un angolo cucina. Forse un po' lontano dal centro, ma di trasporti se ne trovano o si affitta uno scooter
