  If you are looking for a happening place, this is not the place. But if you looking for a place with a view and more peaceful, this restaurant and bar is perfect for you.

  + Nice view + food taste ok, bit over-priced +- cocktail ok, Vesper is better but you don't get the view - were there as a couple on lady night, got slow and confusing services - cheap toilet paper - bad crowds near us this evening- western women gang got drunk and shake my chair for..? They barked once landed on the ground. Overall 3.8- for the view Without promotion, Better roof top else where-
